As part of our effort to provide better claims services, our policyholders can submit their claims at any of our 5 branches.
The main objective is to provide an island wide accessibility to assist sales agents and claimants with regards to claims issues.
Our branches operates on Saturdays which is an advantage to our policyholders to submit and check on their claim issues.
If you are filing a claim to NTUC Income, visit any of our 5 branches.
Our Operating hours are:
Monday to Friday
Main Servicing : 8.30 am to 6.30pm
Other branches : 10.00am to 6.30pm
Saturday
Other branches : 10.00am to 4.00pm
Sunday
Ang Mo Kio Branch : 10.00am to 4.00pm
Other branches : Close
Our friendly customer service officers will assist you in filing a claim.

Our claims philosophy is to be prompt and fair in the settlement of all claims.
