Customer service is our number one priority. Our investment in people and technology has created a centre of excellence, delighting our customers with fast and reliable service. At the Contact Centre Association of Singapore Awards 2005, we swept the major awards.

Call Centre One (CC1)

CC1 is a subsidiary of NTUC Income that provides excellent service at a cost-effective price to large organisations. It's services include inbound calls, outbound calls, SMS, webchat and VoIP. CC1 won the "New Call Centre of the Year 2005", beating off competition from major companies.
