This award is given to the Contact Center that can demonstrate creativity in
the use of technology to enhance their business performance and customer service.
Entrants represent all sizes and types of contact centers. They include outsourcers
who provide services to other contact centers, banks, airlines, government, military,
consumer products, automotive, manufacturing, chemical and educational establishments.
Each entrant undergoes scrutiny by a panel of independent judges and then, if
they succeed to the finals, they are judged by their peers in the industry! Winners
are voted for by the conference delegates.
