  Our Practice

We like you to have an understanding on how our Business Centre operates, and the principles that we adhere to.

  1. The Business Centre of NTUC Income assists customers to take up its insurance policies.

  2. The Insurance Consultant attending to the customer is a qualified full-time salaried staff.

  3. A customer of the Business Centre will receive his or her policies through the post within generally 14 days.

  4. In an exceptional case where there is any underwriting issue, NTUC Income's relevant staff will call the customer over the phone to clarify.

  5. The customer can call NTUC Income's 24-hour hotline 6788-1122 for any enquiry or assistance on his or her policies, and will be served promptly and accordingly.
