and the principles that we adhere to.
- The Business Centre of NTUC Income assists customers to take up its insurance
policies.
- The Insurance Consultant attending to the customer is a qualified full-time
salaried staff.
- A customer of the Business Centre will receive his or her policies through
the post within generally 14 days.
- In an exceptional case where there is any underwriting issue, NTUC Income's
relevant staff will call the customer over the phone to clarify.
- The customer can call NTUC Income's 24-hour hotline 6788-1122 for any enquiry
or assistance on his or her policies, and will be served promptly and accordingly.
