Our Insurance Advisers shall:

  1. Place the interest of the client above their personal interest.

  2. Build trust with the client. The client will give preference to you on his/her future insurance needs.

  3. Make full and adequate disclosure of all facts necessary to enable the client to make an intelligent decision.

  4. Hold in strictest confidence, and consider as privileged, all business and personal information pertaining to the client’s affair.

  5. Not indulge in unethical practices which may be detrimental to the client, the company and the life insurance industry.

  6. Abide and conform to NTUC Income Charter Principles at all times.
