Contact Center World Best of the Best
NTUC Income has won the top award in this competition among contact centres around the world (USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, India, Japan and many more) for Best Technology Innovation. The competition is open to contact centres from all industries, including banks, telcos, airlines and government agencies. We are the first Singapore company to win this award. This award is given to the Contact Center that can demonstrate creativity in the use of technology to enhance their business performance and customer service.

Leading Corporate HR Award
This award is conferred in 2005 to organisations with innovative HR practices, good corporate citizenship and commitment.

"AA" rating
We are the highest-rated domestic insurer in Asia. Our "AA" rating by rating agency Standards & Poor's (S&P) reflects our dominant position in Singapore's life and general insurance industry, our financial stability and capacity to meet new challenges.

Singapore Quality Class
We were awarded the Singapore Quality Class in 1999 in recognition of our efforts to achieve excellence in areas such as leadership, people development, customer service and business results.

People Developer
Our commitment to help our staff develop their potential through skills training and our believe in all-round learning won us the People Developer Award in 2001 and 2003.

National Model for Work Redesign
In 2003, we were selected as a National Model for work redesign by SPRING Singapore for continuously reviewing and improving our work processes.

Singapore Innovation Class
In 2004, we were awarded the Singapore Innovation Class in recognition of our strong commitment to serve customers through innovative solutions.

ISO9001:2000
We were awarded the ISO 9001 certificate in 2003, an acknowledgement of our high standard of service to our customers.

Singapore's Top Call Centre
NTUC Income received top awards from the Contact Centre Association of Singapore, achieving the highest accolade for the call centre industry.

Distinguished Patron of the Arts
For our significant contribution in promoting local Arts, we have been conferred the Distinguished Patron of the Arts by the National Arts Council since 2000.
